Operating in The Kingdom of God

We are to be function in the Heavenly realm right now."Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us," Ephesians 3:20I used to think this was speaking about God....but what if we put our name in this verse and change the way we think and ask. Christ lives in me so this verse can be used for me and Him together to empower ME.  "And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:" Ephesians 2:6"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:" Ephesians 1:3"For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:" Philippians 3:20Our activity with God should be in both the earthly and heavenly realms at the same time right now. Not one now and the other latter on some day. "And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light." Matthew 17:2"And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him." Matthew 17:3Jesus took Peter, James & John to show them how to operate in the Kingdom of God which is the spiritual realm all around us. When we pray we are operating in the Kingdom of God. When we use the spiritual gifts that we have been given, we are once again operating in the Kingdom of Heaven.   We are also given angels to assist us in our calling also.Exo 23:20  Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.Exo 23:21  Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.Exo 23:22  But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.  We have also been given a great cloud of Witnesses who give legal evidence in a court of law known as the COURTS OF HEAVEN."Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,"  Hebrews 12:1  There is so much more at our disposal that we have not laid hands on. I came to a point in my walk with God and started to pray and say, "Whatever I see you doing in scripture, I want it. I must be able to learn to operate in all you have for me so that I can bring you so much more glory as you created me to do." Of course, to whom much is given, much is required. I asked for all of the spiritual gifts and the LORD spoke to me and said, "Thats tough Ken." I agreed and knew it required great sacrifice from me in life but I responded and said, "How can I give you any less. You deserve it from me to bring you glory.  Yes its hard, yes it requires alott from a person, yes you give up many worldly things that others enjoy in life.....but.....yes He deserves it, yes it brings Him glory, yes its awesome to be involved in the Kingdom of God, yes it is worth everything we invest into it and much more.  Philippians 2:13 tell us that God will give us the desire and ability to what pleases Him.  "For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ."  1 Corinthians 2:16"Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy." 1 Corinthians 14:1  Everything we need is given to us to accomplish all things to glorify God. The way I see it, there is NO reason not to give God your all.....after all.....He did for us on the cross.Mat 17:20And Jesus said unto them,.... and nothing shall be impossible unto you.Blessings Kenneth Newkirk
